The value of real estate trading in the Kingdom of Bahrain, from the beginning of this year until September 30, amounted to more than 816 million dinars, with 19,149 transactions.
According to recent statistics from the Survey and Land Registration Bureau in the Kingdom, August has seen the highest trading volume since the beginning of 2024 so far, with the number of transactions reaching 2,882, while the value of trading during August reached 80 million dinars. September witnessed a decrease in terms of the value of real estate trading and the number of deals, with the value of real estate trading reaching 74 million dinars, with 2,391 transactions. Transactions in September 2024 achieved a leap compared to the same month in 2023, during which 1,693 transactions were recorded, while September of this year recorded 2,391 transactions.
In terms of the number of daily transactions, September 1, 2024, was the most with 252 transactions, followed by September 17 with a slight difference, recording 247 transactions, and then September 25 with 208 transactions. As for the least traded days, September 11, 2024, was the least traded day during the month with 32 transactions, followed by September 29 with 49 transactions, and then September 23 with 55 transactions.
